Our Project Management services include a full suite of professional project management services. Our Scheduling services include a partial suite of professional project management services, delivered by a Microsoft Project-Certified, Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of project management experience. We will deliver professional scheduling services across each of the areas below.

 

  • Define Activities – We will identify and document the specific actions required to deliver the project.
  • Sequence Activities – We will accurately identify and document task relationships, such as FS, SS, FF and SF.
  • Estimate Activity Durations – We will estimate the work/duration required to complete tasks, based on resource availability.
  • Develop Schedule – We will develop the project schedule for project execution, monitoring, communication and project control.
  • Control Schedule – We will monitor the status of the project to update the schedule and manage changes to the schedule baseline.
  • Status Reporting – We will provide clear, frequent and professional status reports to keep stakeholders informed
