Balance Politics with Ethics

In this half-day course, you’ll learn strategies to help you follow your personal code of conduct in times of political and ethical conflict. You’ll learn to plan, script, and execute effective strategies for adhering to your values. You’ll learn why many otherwise ethical professionals underperform when it comes to voicing their values and making the ethical choice. You’ll work through challenging ethical and political dilemmas and learn effective tactics for persuading, rather than accusing colleagues and stakeholders to choose principles over politics.
