Day 2 – Influencing Without Authority
You’ll learn to increase your level of influence by identifying, developing, and exploiting unconventional sources of leverage and power.
Day 3 – Balancing Politics with Principles
You’ll learn strategies to help you adhere to your personal code of conduct and balance political necessity with principled action.
